Chris is a seasoned risk management professional with over 30 years of experience.  As a Principal with the C3 Group, Chris focuses on improving client operational and financial performance through the delivery of cost-effective human resource, risk management, employee benefits and retirement and financial advisory services.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene Management from Millersville University and a Master of Science degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.  His professional certifications include Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America.  Chris has also passed several curriculum courses toward the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and maintains a Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance Producer license.
